Roster Change Forms

Substitutions and additions (up to the maximum roster size) to originally-submitted team rosters will be allowed with a $10 per change processing fee. A Roster Change Form must be completed by the team representative and submitted to the Games office along with the processing fee (cash, money order, cashier's check or credit card) by 5 p.m. on the corresponding deadline date.
