Corporate Games Set for April 27-29

LINCOLN, NE (March 6, 2018) – The Nebraska Sports Council has released details of the inaugural Nebraska Corporate Games, featuring competition between employees from Nebraska companies in five events April 27-29 in Lincoln. 

Events include bowling, basketball, cornhole, volleyball and a relay race.  All competitions are co-ed, with rosters including four men and four women in each event.

Awards include gold, silver and bronze medals for each participant of the top three teams in each event, company plaques based on a point system that rewards participation in all events and highest finish placement in the events, and a traveling title belt that also factors in Cornhusker State Games and Mud Run participation.

Eleven companies so far, including Assurity, CHI St. Elizabeth, Crete Carrier, Duncan Aviation, Hudl, Legacy Retirement Communities, Lincoln Industries, Lincoln Public Schools, Southeast Community College, Talent Plus and Zoetis are fielding teams in multiple events, making them eligible for company awards.
