SITE: Dillon Family Aquatic Center, Fremont
*50 Meter swim for 2026

ADMISSION: Admission will be charged daily.

Adults: $5
Students (6-18 Years): $2
Children (5 & Younger): FREE

WARM-UP PROCEDURES: First 30-minutes of warm-up “Sit & Slide” entry will be in effect, and NO DIVING will be allowed. Last 15-minutes, racing starts will be allowed in Lanes 1-7.

MEET RESULTS: Meet results will be posted on CornhuskerStateGames.com, in the pool area, and in the hallway crash areas. Final results and medal winners will be available at CornhuskerStateGames.com the week after the meet.

ENTRY LIMITS: Swimmers may enter a maximum of four individual events. Youth can enter one relay per session. Masters can enter two relays.

RELAYS: Relays will be deck entry day of meet, $5 per relay.
Relays will swim together but will be scored separately based on age/divisions.

General Meet Conduct: 

All events are timed finals.

Meet will be pre-seeded. The official meet program will indicate swimmer’s heat and lane.

Swimmers of each age group/gender will be seeded together based on entry times. Swimmers will swim together.

Swimmers will swim together but scored separately based on age divisions.

In-water/award breaks will be inserted if needed and timeline allows.

Swimmers will be required to report promptly to their assigned lane prior to the start of each race in which he or she is entered.

AWARDS: Custom Cornhusker State Games gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded to the top three finishers for both boys and girls in their age group.

MEDAL PICKUP: Medals not picked up on site during competition may still be claimed after the Games through the following process:

1. Medal Pickup in LincolnParticipants who wish to pick up their medal(s) in person must email us at info@nebraskasportscouncil.com to notify our staff of their intent to pick up. After verification of eligibility, the medal(s) will be packaged and available for pickup at the Nebraska Sports Council office.

2. Medal ShippingIf participants are unable to pick up their medal(s) in Lincoln, we offer a shipping option for a $6 fee. To request shipping:

USA Swimming Recognized Youth Meet friday, July 10 Information and Events

Midwestern Swimming Approval Number: 

ELIGIBILITY:  All swimmers ages 6-18 are eligible to compete.

– Maximum of four (4) individual events and two (2) relays per swimmer for each session.
– Like events and distances will be swum together and scored separately based on age divisions.
– Age determined by July 10, 2026.
– Meet will be pre-seeded. The official meet program will indicate swimmer’s heat and lane.

DISABILITY SWIMMERS: Athletes with a disability are welcomed and shall provide advance notice of desired accommodations to the meet directors. The athlete or athlete’s coach is also responsible for notifying the Deck referee of any disability prior to competition.

Masters Meet Sunday, July 12 Information and Events

DATE: July 12, 2026

SITE: Dillon Family Aquatic Center, Fremont

TIME: Warm-ups 8 a.m. Meet starts 9 a.m.

NOTE: The Adult Meet is recognized by the Nebraska LMSC for USMS, Inc, recognition number.

ELIGIBILITY: All swimmers 19 and older are eligible to compete.

– Maximum of four (4) individual events per swimmer for this session and two (2) relays per session.
– Like events and distances will be swum together and scored separately based on age divisions.
– Age determined by December 31, 2026.
– The Doc Hammer Trophy will be awarded to the male 200 meter freestyle winner and the Jill Garlock Trophy to the female 200 meter freestyle winner. These events DO NOT count towards total number of events.

DISABILITY SWIMMERS: Athletes with a disability are welcomed and shall provide advance notice of desired accommodations to the meet directors. The athlete or athlete’s coach is also responsible for notifying the Deck referee of any disability prior to competition.
