DATES: July 10-12, 2026

SITE: Sun Valley Lanes and Games

RULES: USBC rules will apply. All bowlers must be members of USBC or pay a tournament participation fee of $5. Honor scores will be recognized.

AVERAGE: Average must be reported in Handicap events. Bowlers must use either the 2024-2025 book average, or current 2025-2026 average, whichever is higher. If neither, player will bowl scratch (220 average).

AWARDS: Custom Cornhusker State Games gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each division. Match play and award presentations will follow each squad time.

MEDAL PICKUP: Medals not picked up on site during competition may still be claimed after the Games through the following process:

1. Medal Pickup in Lincoln: Participants who wish to pick up their medal(s) in person must email us at info@nebraskasportscouncil.com to notify our staff of their intent to pick up. After verification of eligibility, the medal(s) will be packaged and available for pickup at the Nebraska Sports Council office.

2. Medal Shipping: If participants are unable to pick up their medal(s) in Lincoln, we offer a shipping option for a $6 fee. To request shipping:

Email info@nebraskasportscouncil.com, and a staff member will follow up with verification and payment instructions OR call 402-471-2544 to verify and process your order and payment over the phone.

DIRECT ENTRY: Multiple entries permitted. Bowlers may enter only one event per squad time. Squad times will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If a bowler’s requested squad time has been filled, they will be notified. Bowlers automatically qualify for All Events division if entered in all three events (singles, doubles, team).

CHECK-IN: All participants should check-in at least 30 minutes ahead of their scheduled squad time.  Doors will open one hour ahead of first squad time.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Tournament Director reserves the right to review and adjust a bowler’s average if it was established in a non-certified league, per USBC rules.

Singles: Male, Female, Senior (50-59), Super Senior (60 & Over) Men and Women
All Events: First three games bowled with handicap in all three events (singles, doubles, team) Doing 2 separate divisions Adult & Youth
Team Event: Four members, any combination – male, female, seniors, youth
Special Olympics Team: Four members

HANDICAP DIVISIONS: 100% of 220. *All youth U-divisions are scratch and aged based in accordance with USBC Rule 400. Only USBC verifiable averages will be accepted.

U12 – Born 8/1/13 or later
U15 – Born between 8/1/10 and 7/31/12
U18 – Born between 8/1/07 and 7/31/10
