Competition Format and Rules
The Cornhusker State Games Pickleball event is a skills rated tournament. Depending on the number of entries in each event, we may have age within skills rated. In doubles events, the skill level is determined by the partner with the highest skill level. Indicated skill ratings may be reviewed and modified by the Sport Directors.
Events will be double elimination or round robin with a possible single elimination, depending on the number of entries. The Sport Directors reserve the right to modify the divisions and format based on the number of participants. Depending on the number of entries, a combination of skill level and age will determine brackets.
Athletes are allowed to participate in only one skill level per event. There is a maximum of three events per participant.
USA Pickleball Association rules will apply. Official rules can be found at USAPA.org.
