7/18: Open Singles begins at 11 a.m. Women’s Singles begins at 1 p.m.
7/19: Seniors & Masters Singles begin at 1 p.m. 

SITE: Madsen’s Bowling and Billiards, Lincoln

RULES: VNEA 8-ball rules will be used.

The tournament director reserves the right to combine or adjust the age cutoff between the seniors, masters and youth divisions depending on the number of entries and the age distribution.

Age determined as of July 11, 2026.

AWARDS: Custom Cornhusker State Games gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded to each team member of the top three teams. A special cash payout will also be awarded for top THREE TEAMS IN EACH DIVISION ONLY. (Dependent on total number of teams.)

MEDAL PICKUP: Medals not picked up on site during competition may still be claimed after the Games through the following process:

1. Medal Pickup in Lincoln: Participants who wish to pick up their medal(s) in person must email us at info@nebraskasportscouncil.com to notify our staff of their intent to pick up. After verification of eligibility, the medal(s) will be packaged and available for pickup at the Nebraska Sports Council office.

2. Medal Shipping: If participants are unable to pick up their medal(s) in Lincoln, we offer a shipping option for a $6 fee. To request shipping:

Email info@nebraskasportscouncil.com, and a staff member will follow up with verification and payment instructions OR call 402-471-2544 to verify and process your order and payment over the phone.

Adult Singles
$25 for first event until April 22

Adult Teams
$100 for first event until February 18
$125 for first event until April 22
$150 for first event until June 17
$175 for first event until FINAL DEADLINE on July 1

Additional events – $11

CASH PAYOUT OPTION: Teams have the option to register with the Cash Payout Option. The Cash Payout Option is an additional $50 per TEAM, and can be paid at Madsen’s day of. Please select in the Cash Payout Option dropdown menu, or on the printable entry form by listing it in the Special Instructions section. 100% of the entries for the Cash Payout Option will be paid back and Tom Madsen will match up to $500. Both divisions will be eligible for the Cash Payout.

PAPER ENTRY FORMS: Paper entry forms will be accepted with a $5 processing fee. Registering online saves time, money and trees.
