SANCTION: This event is sanctioned through USA Powerlifting. All lifters must be current USA Powerlifting members by July 1, 2025. USA Powerlifting membership fees are $70 (Open, Masters, Juniors); $45 (Teens); $25 (Youth); $20 (Special Olympian). Memberships can be purchased at https://www.usapowerlifting.com/member-tools/membership.php. *If renewing, go to the renewal tab instead of starting a new membership.

DRUG TESTING WILL BE CONDUCTED. A minimum of 10% of participants will be drug tested. Youth and Special Olympians are exempt from drug testing. The release of liability is completed when purchasing your USA Powerlifting Membership. You can search the status of any current medications/supplements at https://www.globaldro.com/US/search. Select “Weightlifting” for the sport.

RULES: Meet will be conducted using kilogram weights. Rules will be those of USA Powerlifting. All competitors need to wear a one-piece lifting suit (singlet). For additional information, visit https://www.usapowerlifting.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/USAPL-Rulebook-v2024.1.pdf.  

All t-shirts & singlets must comply with USA Powerlifting logo rules. All team and gym logos must be approved and on the list below as of July 1, 2025.

WEIGHT CLASSES:
Men: 52 kg, 60kg, 67.5kg, 75kg, 82.5kg, 90kg, 100kg, 110kg, 125kg, 140kg, 140kg+
Women: 44kg, 48kg, 52kg, 56kg, 60kg, 65kg, 70kg, 75kg, 82.5kg, 90kg, 100kg, 100kg+

Additional weight classes for Youth lifters:
Boys: 30kg, 35kg, 40kg, 44kg, 48kg
Girls: 30kg, 35kg, 40kg

Team Competition:

Best Lifter:

Best lifter awards (contributed by A7) will be given out for the following categories:

Best Male/Female Raw Open Full Power (by age adjusted DOTS – must be entered in the Open division)

Best Male/Female Raw Age Division Full Power (by age adjusted DOTS) – Can be entered in open and/or the lifter’s appropriate age division (teen/junior/master) **If the age division best lifter if also the open best lifter, the age division award will go to the second place lifter**

Best Male/Female Raw Bench (by age adjusted DOTS)

Best Equipped Lifter (Male and Female combined by age adjusted DOTS)

NOTES:

Any lifters wishing to compete in Raw with wraps, Adaptive, MX, or Para bench divisions, please contact lifted and weight class only. Youth lifters will not be combined with other ages or weight classes for any division entered. csgpowerlifting@gmail.com for instructions on entry.

Youth, Teenage, Junior, and Masters lifters – Age the day of competition (July 11-12, 2025)

Powerlifting will be capped at 160 lifters. Lifters will not be added from the waitlist after the final entry deadline.

Bench press only and push pull (bench press and deadlift) will be determined by the DOTS formula. 
Age group competitions (ex- Teen Bench Only) will use the age-based DOTS formula.

Weight classes may be combined based on entries. Combined Age group weight classes will use the age-based DOTS formula. Combined open weight classes will use the standard DOTS formula.

Push-pull lifters are eligible for single lift bench records only. That division is not eligible for full meet bench or deadlift records.

Events run simultaneously – if entered in full power, your same lifts will be used for push pull and bench only. You do not have to lift multiple times.
