SCHEDULES: Schedules will be posted at CornhuskerStateGames.com and emailed to participants the week of competition.
AWARDS: Custom Cornhusker State Games gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded to all members of the top three clubs.
COMPETITION FORMAT: All teams guaranteed two games. All games will be 7v7 and will consist of two 7-minute halves with a 2-minute halftime. Liberal substitutions permitted to extent of roster. Sport Director may combine divisions, depending on the amount of teams registered. All teams will be notified if changes are made.

*High School Boys will only take place if there are enough teams for a complete bracket. Teams will be notified and refunded if events get cancelled due to lack of teams.
High School Boys – All players must be 19 or younger as of July 27, 2019

The deadline to make roster updates is 5 p.m. on TUESDAY, JULY 16. Rosters are considered FINAL after that date.
Roster additions after July 8 will include the per-player entry fee, plus a $10 late fee PER PLAYER.
Teams that register online are able to login and make roster substitutions free of charge. Teams that register via the paper entry form will be charged a $10 processing fee to substitute players. Teams are strongly encouraged to register online to eliminate any roster change fees.
All players must check in at the registration table prior to each game. Be prepared to show I.D. Player names will be cross-checked against the Master Roster. Due to liability issues, no player will be allowed to step on the field of play without paying the entry fee and signing the Release of Liability Waiver. This will be strictly enforced.
Players are allowed to play on one team ONLY. To protect the integrity of the tournament, no player will be allowed to “Roster Jump”, or move from team to team during the tournament. Any team caught with a player not on their roster, or with a player who jumped from another roster, will be forced to forfeit that game.
MINIMUM ROSTER SIZE: Seven players. If registering online, the minimum roster size must be entered to advance to check-out.
NOTE: Rosters WILL be checked during tournament. Please make sure your roster is current prior to the July 16 deadline.
TEAM WAIVER: The team waiver form must be signed by each team member, or by parent/guardian if the participant is 18 years or younger. If the team is registered online, and the online waiver for each player is clicked as ‘Accepted’, no printed/signed waiver is needed. All team waivers must be clicked as ‘Accepted’ or submitted to the Cornhusker State Games office by TUESDAY, JULY 16 to be eligible for competition. ENTRY FEE INCLUDES: Competition in the 2019 Cornhusker State Games; White cotton athlete shirt (micro-fiber or soft cotton lightweight tri-blend upgrade available); Pass for free admission to SportFest, the Opening Ceremonies, and all competition venues; Sponsor gifts and coupons.
TEAM ONLINE REGISTRATION NOTE: When registering your team online, please note that the system will ask you to enter your team name and roster prior to selecting your sport and division. In the INDIVIDUAL Shipping dropdown menu, be sure to select “TEAM” for each team member. If you wish to have your team packet shipped, you will select that in the TEAM Shipping dropdown menu.
PAPER ENTRY FORMS: Paper entry forms will be accepted with a $10 processing fee per team. Registering online saves time, money and trees.

Save time, avoid hassles and receive your CSG gear more than a week before the Opening Ceremonies by shipping your athlete packet ($10) or team box ($15). Athlete packets contain the athlete shirt and Super Pass. Athlete packets will begin to ship in late June. The packet shipping option will only be available for those registered by the final entry deadline. If you don’t choose the shipping option, you will need to pick up your athlete packet or team box.

Athlete packets contain the athlete shirt and Super Pass, which includes admission to all venues and SportFest and the Opening Ceremonies.
