WOMEN AND COED 35 & OVER: These teams may have one male (co-ed only) and one female under 35 years of age. All remaining players must be 35 or older on or before July 27, 2019. Teams should enter in their appropriate division. If there are not sufficient teams entered in the 35 & Over events, they will be scheduled to compete in the normal Women and Coed events.
NOTE: Top recreation league teams should enter the power division in their appropriate class. The director may reclassify some teams as needed, and may combine or cancel events depending on the number of entries. The actual day each event is scheduled to play is tentative depending on the number of entries. Competition in each event should be completed in one day. Teams will be notified of dates, starting times and game sites at least one week before they are scheduled to play.
Teams can make roster updates online at CornhuskerStateGames.com/Roster_Updates.
The deadline to make roster updates is 5 p.m. on TUESDAY, JULY 23.
Rosters are considered FINAL after these dates.
Roster additions after July 8 will include the per-player entry fee, plus a $10 late fee PER PLAYER.
Teams that register online are able to login and make roster substitutions free of charge. Teams that register via the paper entry form will be charged a $10 processing fee to substitute players. Teams are strongly encouraged to register online to eliminate any roster change fees.
Rosters WILL be checked during tournament. Please make sure your roster is current prior to the roster change deadlines.
If registering online, the minimum roster size (based on division) must be entered to advance to check-out.
The team waiver form must be signed by each team member, or by parent/guardian if the participant is 18 years or younger. If the team is registered online, and the online waiver for each player is clicked as ‘Accepted’, no printed/signed waiver is needed.
All team waivers must be clicked as ‘Accepted’ or submitted to the Cornhusker State Games office by TUESDAY, JULY 23 to be eligible for competition.
