DATES: Individual Stroke Play – July 12-13, 2025

SITE: Quail Run Golf Course, Columbus NE

TEE TIMES:
Individual Stroke Play – Specific times will be posted the week of competition.

COMPETITION FORMAT & RULES:
– USGA and local rules will apply.
– Soft spikes only.
– Caddies not allowed.
– Age determined as of July 12-13, 2025.

AWARDS:

1st Place in Each Division – State Championship Trophy – Gold Medal
2nd Place in Each Division – Silver Medal
3rd Place in Each Division – Bronze Medal

$60 for first event until April 23
$65 for first event until FINAL DEADLINE on July 2

Price includes both days of golf & green fees.

PAPER ENTRY FORMS: Paper entry forms will be accepted with a $5 processing fee. Registering online saves time, money and trees.
