TEE TIMES:
Individual Stroke Play – Golfing begins at 8 a.m.
COMPETITION FORMAT & RULES:
– USGA and local rules will apply.
– Soft spikes only.
– Caddies not allowed.
– Age determined as of July 8, 2023.

AWARDS:
1st Place in Each Division – State Championship Trophy – Gold Medal – Level One Golf Prize
2nd Place in Each Division – Silver Medal – Level Two Golf Prize
3rd Place in Each Division – Bronze Medal – Level Three Golf Prize
4th Place in Each Division – Level Four Golf Prize
5th Place in Each Division – Level Five Golf Prize
Bonus: Overall Lowest Score in all Divisions over the two days receives Championship Golf Prize
NOTE: Packets will be available for in-person pickup during the competition at Quail Run Golf Course.

Registration Fees & Deadlines
If you missed the June 21 free shirt deadline, CSG souvenir items can be purchased HERE, courtesy of Fine Designs. Store orders will be shipped directly to the athlete from Fine Designs.
PRICING DEADLINES:
$55 per participant until July 5
Price includes both days of golf & green fees.
ENTRY FEE INCLUDES: Competition, Summer Fun Freebie vouchers (while supplies last) courtesy of our sponsors.
SHIRT SHIPPING: Athletes who register by June 21 will have their shirt shipped to the address they provide. There is no packet pickup—information or items needed for competition, i.e. schedules, maps, bib numbers, will be provided onsite or online according to instructions emailed to athletes.
PAPER ENTRY FORMS: Paper entry forms will be accepted with a $5 processing fee. Registering online saves time, money and trees.
