Summer Fun Freebies Valued at $55 Included With Registration Again This Year

 

LINCOLN, Neb. (Feb. 20, 2024) Nebraska Sports Council (NSC) officials issued a reminder today to register for the Cornhusker State Games on or before Feb. 21 to enjoy the lowest possible entry fees for 2024.  Those interested can find information and register at CornhuskerStateGames.com.

The 40th anniversary Games take place July 11-21, 2024, with 70+ sports at more than 50 venues in Lincoln, Omaha and several other Nebraska communities.  More than 8,000 are expected to participate.

For the second straight year, all participants registered by June 19 will receive a CSG shirt and access to a half-dozen “Summer Fun Freebies” including an Arby’s Roast Beef sandwich and vouchers for free admission to several attractions, including a Saltdogs baseball game, a Storm Chasers baseball game, the Nebraska State Fair, the Lancaster Super Fair and the NEBRASKAland Days Rodeo.

The Cornhusker State Games is conducted by the Nebraska Sports Council, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization with a mission of providing quality sports events and promoting healthy, active lifestyles.  The Games are funded primarily through sponsorships from more than 100 Nebraska business, including platinum partners: Farmer’s Mutual of Nebraska, Pepsi-Cola of Lincoln, Nebraska Orthopaedic Center and the Nebraska Medical Association.
